The ParaSynch automation audit is a free 30-minute call about how your business runs — where calls, leads, orders, and hours go. We map where time and money are leaking and which system would plug the biggest hole first. You leave with a written plan, whether or not you hire ParaSynch. No pitch deck, no pressure.
Do I have to replace the tools I already use?
No — that's the point of the research phase. We build on top of what you already run: your website, WordPress or Shopify, Google Workspace, your phone number, your carrier accounts. The system fits your operation, not the other way around.
How long until something is actually running?
Most ParaSynch systems are live inside two weeks of the audit. Bigger builds — custom operations software, full fulfillment pipelines — take longer, and you'll see the timeline in the written plan before anything starts. Nothing goes live until you've tested and approved it.
What does it cost?
ParaSynch does not publish a public price list — it depends on what we build, and a workflow automation is a different project than a full operations platform. That's what the free audit is for: 30 minutes in, you'll have a written plan with a fixed quote. And the first system runs two weeks free, so you see it pay for itself before you pay for it.
What happens after the free two weeks?
One of three things, your call: keep the system and we run, monitor, and keep improving it for a flat monthly rate; take the setup and run it yourself; or walk away owing nothing. You keep the written plan either way. If the system didn't measurably pay for itself in those two weeks, you don't pay — that's the whole deal.
